The information in this Site is provided as a courtesy by Fallbrook Land Conservancy.  References to specific products, processes or services do not constitute or imply recommendation or endorsement by Fallbrook Land Conservancy. Changes to Privacy Policy
Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. The Privacy Policy may change at any time. By using the Site after a change in the updated Privacy Policy, you agree you understand and accept to follow and be bound by the Privacy Policy as changed.

Information Collection
There are several kinds of information we collect. For all visitors to the Site, we collect and log your IP address. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. We collect IP address information to better administer our system and to gather aggregate information on visitors to our site, on how our site is being used, and on the pages visitors are viewing. This aggregate information may be shared with other organizations. To maintain your anonymity, we do not associate IP addresses with records containing personal information; however, third party sites affiliated with operations of Fallbrook Land Conservancy may collect this data. We may use IP address information, however, to personally identify you in order to enforce our legal rights or when required to do so by law enforcement authorities.


Cookies
We may also place small data files, called "cookies," in the browser file of your computer's hard drive. These cookies automatically identify your browser to our server when you interact with the Site. Most browsers automatically accept these cookies. We may use cookies to determine whether you are logged in to the Site, and to temporarily store application data.
Personal Information

We collect personal information that you choose to share with us on the Site. This information may include your name and name of your spouse, your email address(es), your home and/or business address, and your answers to questions hosted within the forms of our Site. This information will only be collected with your permission.

Donations
You do not need to create an account in order to make a donation to the Fallbrook Land Conservancy, however, you are required to provide at a minimum your name, address, phone number, email address and identifying data regarding your credit card. For information about the handling of your credit card information, please see the section below (Security of Your Information)

Security of Your Information
We take appropriate steps to protect the security of your personal information. We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from: unauthorized access; improper use or disclosure; unauthorized modification; and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. Our Employees, Directors, Chairs and Volunteers who have access to, and are associated with processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitor's personal data.

Information for Online Transactions
Some areas of the Site may allow you to make online donations or other transactions. In connection with such transactions, we collect data necessary to complete the transaction and other information that is furnished by you. This information may be furnished to a third party in order to facilitate the transaction. All sensitive information (such as your credit card information) provided to the Fallbrook Land Conservancy through our website is transmitted either to us or to our credit card processor which are PayPal, SquareUp and/or other donation collection sites - see PayPal privacy notice - see SquareUp privacy notice). No credit card information is stored on our site. Some of the safeguards used are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and information access authorization controls.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can ever be 100% secure; we cannot ensure or completely guarantee the security of such information.

Surveys
At times, you may be asked to complete survey questions that appear on the Site. If you agree to participate in the survey, you will be asked to review and accept certain additional terms and conditions relating to use of the information you furnish, which may include personally identifiable information. Any survey terms and conditions are in addition to the Privacy Policies set forth in this Agreement.

E-mail Communications, Newsletters and Related Sites
The Site provides you with the opportunity to receive communications from us or third parties. Once you have decided to receive such communications, you may later decide to stop receiving them. To stop receiving communications, email landcons@sbcglobal.net. Please be aware that e-mail communications may not be secure and may be susceptible to interception by third parties.

Aggregate Information
We use general traffic, site usage, and length of stay information for statistical reporting and may share such reports with organizations with which we have a business relationship, i.e. our web host Weebly. This aggregate information does not personally identify you.

Other Information
There are occasions when we will ask for additional information, such as professional specialities, interests, title, or your organizational affiliation. We do this to better understand and respond to your needs, and provide you with benefits that may be valuable to you.

Use of Information
Your information will be used to issue invoices, administer accounts, collect and process payments and to send information to you about the Fallbrook Land Conservancy and our programs. You may opt-out of mailings (both postal and email) at any time if you do not wish to receive non-business critical information from us.

The Fallbrook Land Conservancy will not sell your email address for commercial purposes, however, to support our fundraising and awareness efforts and within our community outreach programs we may provide your personal information to third party organizations to support these efforts toward fulfilling our Mission Statement. By using this Site, donating to our cause and contacting us, you expressly agree to the knowledge that your information may be shared.

Other Sites


Our privacy policies apply only to your use of the Site. The Site contains many links to third party sites, including sites that may indicate a special relationship with us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. You should read the privacy policies of each site you visit to determine what information that site may be collecting about you.
